As a highly experienced oncology nurse, Kathy Adams has developed a deep respect for the potential of Emotional Freedom Technique – EFT, commonly referred to as ‘tapping’ – as a meaningful resource for those with cancer to help them meet a wide range of challenging physical and emotional issues encountered as a consequence of their diagnosis. In this interview, Kathy explains how she employs the technique in managing issues from pain through to the deep distress of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD.
