Life After Cancer offers a gentle, safe space for individuals to explore what their life after cancer looks like.
Life after Cancer brings people together who have finished cancer treatment to offer one-to-one coaching, group workshops, and support groups, with an aim to increase physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. The support individuals receive reduces the risk of serious mental distress and helps them to build a positive life after their cancer experience.
The groups are facilitated by trained coaches who have experience of cancer themselves. A free online resources hub on their website aims to support individuals with their mental and physical wellbeing after finishing cancer treatment.
The online workshops and programs are accessible to everyone in the UK. There is also a monthly peer-to-peer support group and a Wellbeing walking group for the post-cancer community in Walthamstow.
