Friday 23rd May – 4-7pm – Hello Love, London, WC1B
with Yes to Life’s Wigwam Support Group Co-ordinator and Holistic Cancer Coach, Sara Spinks
4-5.00pm – Cancer Support Group Drop-in
Join us for some connection, calm and chat as we come together in-person for a Wigwam Support Group Drop-in to share our experience of taking an integrative approach to cancer.
Join us in a safe and nurturing space for those with cancer or loved ones supporting someone with cancer.
We will come together, connect, and share what we are learning about our experience of cancer and the use of integrative medicine (the combining of conventional treatments with lifestyle and complementary therapies) that support health and wellbeing and receive support and inspiration from others.
People will be able to talk openly about their successes as well as their challenges in a respectful, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
5-5.30pm – Comfort break
5.30-7pm – Workshop: Create Holistic Wellbeing & Hope
This workshop will help you move towards a deeper sense of holistic wellbeing with hope, motivation and a new, deeper awareness of yourself, your health, healing and how to support it.
Often we continue to search for the magic bullet for our health and overwhelm ourselves with information that fails to create the action or health transformation we desire. By understanding the root causes of health & wellbeing and delving deeper into these for you personally, you will move forward with clarity and confidence, empowered to make small changes & larger breakthroughs that provide a synergistic benefit for your personal health, happiness and quality of life.
You will benefit from:
You will receive your Creating Wellbeing & Hope Workbook that includes room for your Goals & next Action Steps!
Join us for one or both sessions. Each will be run by Sara Spinks, Yes to Life’s Wigwam Groups Co-ordinator.
