Our Info Line is supported by highly trained volunteers all who have personal experience of cancer or another chronic condition or have supported a close relative or friend. Our volunteers can help you access our services and resources and help navigate all of the information on our website.
A quick response has always been an essential feature of our service, and this is underpinned by a robust administrative system. When you call our InfoLine you will be asked to leave your name, a contact number and a convenient time for a call-back. We aim to return all calls within 24 hours, though it may be longer if you call at a weekend or holiday.
