MIND-BODY MEDICINE LEAD
After being diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014 when she was 23, Sophie became her own guide, spending years researching and training in holistic health. She now has nearly 10 years of study and experience in the field of holistic health. She works with 1-on-1 clients in a personalised, trauma-informed way using conscious breathwork, energy healing, mindset coaching, movement, sound and visualisations.
Her special interest areas are the mind/body connection, holistic cancer support, breathwork for creatives, psychedelic therapy & integration, the nervous system, post traumatic growth and end of life care.
