Profile:

Kathryn Alexander specialises in the field of detoxification and dietary healing, qualifying as a Dietary Therapist in 1987, having studied under Dr. Lawrence Plaskett at the College of Dietary Therapy, London. Through her work with patients choosing the Gerson Therapy she has witnessed at first hand the fundamental role of specific dietary protocols in the healing of chronic disease.

In 1999 Kathryn joined the Board of Directors of the Gerson Institute with responsibilities for research and development and practitioner training. She developed the training curriculum for the Gerson Therapy and produced Nutritional Healing: a Patient Management Handbook, described by Charlotte Gerson as the bible of the nutritional healer of the future.

Kathryn has lectured widely in the UK, USA and Australia, and developed training packages for both professionals and members of the public. She is the author of Dietary Healing, The Complete Detox Programme, Smart Patient Journey Roadmap and Health Commons Ready Reckoner, Course Companion Guide.
