Chris is a professional cancer patient, a cancer patient activist, and a major disruptor in this sector, in his own words.

Chris founded Chris’s Cancer Community in 2012, a platform for all people affected by cancer to share their experiences and opinions about cancer support. His work has won many awards, and he is now a key influencer in the world of cancer across the globe.

After more than 20 successful years working as a self-employed business consultant, Chris was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. He endured frequent aggressive treatment resulting in the fact that he was unable to continue with that role. He decided to use his skills, along with his now vast personal experience in the cancer field, to enrich the lives of others who are unfortunate to be affected by cancer. He has done numerous courses in the last few years and now work with many national cancer charities and healthcare organisations.

Chris has also co-founded Your SimPal charity in 2016. SimPal is a unique service that provides people affected by cancer with free calls/texts/data and where appropriate, mobile devices.
