Sarah Eglin
Profile:

Sarah Eglin is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (mBANT) specialising in oncology support and cancer prevention. Her clinical approach is defined by the Eglin Methodology, a framework she developed following a decade of intensive research into chronic illness and recovery.

Sarah’s transition into nutritional therapy was driven by her own health journey, which began in 2014 with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and was followed by a breast cancer diagnosis in 2016. Drawing on her professional background as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), she applies a highly analytical, “systems-thinking” lens to health—looking beyond symptoms to address the underlying biochemical drivers of disease.

Evidence-Based Collaborative Care: Sarah provides comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle protocols designed to;

  • Minimise treatment side effects and enhance recovery.
  • Improve quality of life and resilience during active treatment.
  • Support long-term outcomes and recurrence prevention.
  • Work safely alongside oncology medical teams and conventional treatments.

The 90-Day Cancer Support Programme: To provide structured, high-level guidance, Sarah offers a dedicated 90-Day Cancer Support Programme. Rooted in the Eglin Methodology and informed by the Radical Remission research, this program covers the essential pillars of recovery:

  • Clinical Nutrition: Targeted diet, herbs, and supplement protocols.
  • Lifestyle Optimisation: Sleep hygiene, movement, and stress resilience.
  • Emotional & Mindset Support: Evidence-based supportive therapies for holistic healing.

The program includes three comprehensive consultations every six weeks, with a personalised, evolving protocol developed for each stage of the client’s journey. Support is available from the point of diagnosis, through active treatment, and into long-term survivorship.
