Sarah Eglin
Profile:

Sarah Eglin is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (mBANT) specialising in cancer prevention and support (BANT-recognised). Sarah’s journey to nutritional therapy is a deeply personal one, transitioning from her previous careers as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Electronic and Electrical Engineer (BEng). Her path shifted in 2014 with the onset of chronic fatigue syndrome, followed by a breast cancer diagnosis in September 2016. Subsequently, Sarah embarked on a decade-long quest to rebuild her health.

Sarah offers evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle support to minimise treatment side effects, enhance quality of life, and support positive outcomes, working collaboratively with clients’ medical teams. Her BANT-recognised training ensures the highest quality of care. Support is available from diagnosis, throughout treatment and beyond.

To facilitate this, Sarah offers a 90-Day Cancer Support Programme. This program includes support in the following areas: nutrition, herbs and supplements, sleep hygiene, exercise and movement, emotional health, stress management and resilience, mindset and evidence-based supportive therapies. The program comprises three six-weekly online consultations, with a personalised protocol developed for each client’s specific needs following each consultation. Subsequent sessions are available if desired.
