Foundation 96 provides an online integrated and evidence-based supportive care community for people transitioning from cancer treatment to everyday life. It is a virtual cancer health and wellness consulting service and resource networking portal.

Foundation 96 offers a free personal care plan for common side effects from cancer treatment and health and wellness professionals who can support you through them. You will need to answer a few questions regarding your cancer treatment. You will then receive an email with a list of health and wellness professionals that you can contact.

Their Health Consulting service offers both single consulting sessions and a 6-month wellness support plan. This is a consultation with a qualified health consultant who will listen to your needs and help you connect with a network of people who offer oncology services.

Foundation 96 has an online directory of over a thousand practitioners offering physical, nutritional, emotional support for cancer patients.

Foundation 96 was established by Karen Anderson BAppSci AEP MESSA, Accredited Exercise Physiologist ESSA, Cancer Exercise Specialist ACSM. Karen has a background as an exercise physiologist specialising in supporting people living with cancer. She has primarily worked as an exercise physiologist specialising in cancer care, and she has also worked with the Leukemia Foundation (Australia) and as the Chronic Disease Wellness Director at the innovative Carilion Clinic (USA).
