Profile:

Haley North is a holistic chef, yoga, qi gong and movement teacher. She worked in catering industry until she discovered yoga which changed her understanding of food, cooking and nutrition. She brings together the practice of yoga with the art of cooking.

Through food and yoga, Haley looks for balance and harmony, integration on all levels and a quality of being that is calm, fluid and centred.

Haley offers one-to-one mentoring sessions to help you focus on what it is that works for you, what brings you joy or make you feel most alive, your creative intuitive self and being able to trust you own unique inner wisdom. She organises cook-along sessions, retreats, as well as online yoga and Qi Gong workshops.
