Linda Sims is a Bristol-based Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with a passion for food and creating healthy recipes that support wellbeing. Linda supports patients by helping to make changes to the diet and lifestyle to give your body the right fuel and promote its natural healing abilities.

Linda provides support to cancer patients. The consultations involve a discussion about your current health, diagnosis and upcoming, current or past treatments. A nutrition and lifestyle plan that will suit your personal needs will be created, with personalised nutritional advice, meal and supplement suggestions, lifestyle changes and a healthy recipe file.

Linda has graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. She completed an additional cancer support training – NTEC in Nutrition and Cancer from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition. She lectures in Nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol and has worked in the past with the supplement company Hifas Da Terra as their education specialist, where she gained knowledge in the use of medicinal mushrooms.
