Founded by Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel, the clinic offers an award-winning personalised approach to women’s health and integrative cancer care, which champions empowerment with expertise and empathy at its core.

Synthesis Clinic’s physician-led team offers a broad integrative medicine toolkit to provide personalised and targeted support to clients with a cancer diagnosis, from nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle plans to herbal medicine, mistletoe therapy, physiotherapy and Pilates-based rehabilitation, scar therapy and emotional wellbeing support.

They also refer to additional therapeutic modalities as needed. Their doctors may prescribe medications for personalised support and offer IV support where it is indicated within the overall care plan, but they do not prescribe ‘off the shelf’ protocols or use a generic ‘one size fits all’ approach. they focus on truly integrated care where members of their multidisciplinary team meet regularly to discuss their approach to each individual and to ensure everybody in the team is united behind the patient.

The clinic currently accepts self-referrals and professional referrals to nutrition, physiotherapy, scar therapy, EFT, health and emotional wellbeing coaching and functional and lifestyle psychiatry professionals. The waiting list for integrative cancer care doctors is currently closed but new availability is expected in 2024, including combined packages with multiple members of the care team.
