Synthesis Clinic’s physician-led team offers a broad integrative medicine toolkit to provide personalised and targeted support to clients with a cancer diagnosis, from nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle plans to physiotherapy, scar therapy, emotional wellbeing support, herbal medicine, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), medical cannabis, mistletoe therapy, oncothermia and advanced testing, including genetic, microbiome and nutritional assessments and liquid biopsies. We also refer to additional therapeutic modalities as needed. Our doctors may prescribe medications for personalised support and offer IV support where it is indicated within the overall care plan, but they do not prescribe ‘off the shelf’ protocols or use a generic ‘one size fits all’ approach. We focus on truly integrated care where members of our multidisciplinary team meet regularly to discuss our approach to each individual and to ensure everybody in the team is united in supporting the person impacted by cancer and their needs and goals.

Our clinic currently accepts self-referrals and professional referrals to our integrative oncology physicians and independent prescribers, as well as other members of our multidisciplinary team, including nutritional therapy, physiotherapy, yoga therapy, clinical psychology, health and emotional wellbeing coaching, herbal medicine and more. Our clinic coordinators can help guide you to create a support package that fits your needs, working with our clinical team across integrative oncology and cancer pain care. We also offer an expanding mobile nursing network to support convenient access to blood draws, mistletoe and IVC therapies at home.
