Aga Kehinde is an accredited coach, therapist and wellbeing consultant who uses a body-mind-energy experience for achieving holistic wellbeing. She trained as a nurse specialising in oncology and oncology research. Along the way she also qualified with a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching & Neuro Linguistic Programming with the Coaching Academy. Aga is the Cancer Educator and Health & Wellbeing Lead for the Oncology Division at the Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford.

Aga specialises in coaching people affected by cancer, enabling them to deal successfully with the impact of cancer on their lives, thus enabling them the ability to move forward from it in the way they need. Coaching helps cancer patients, their families and carers, at various stages of their journey, from the early stages of diagnosis and treatment, to living with and beyond cancer, including metastatic disease.

Coaching will allow you to:

  • Discover new ways of looking at life with less resentment and more acceptance.
  • Understand the connection between what is happening in your life and how is this manifesting in your condition ( body)
  • Learn about body and mind and how by connecting the two, you can bring control back to your life

  • Overcome fears and anxieties about the future by looking at the past experiences and patterns of behaviour, and building a plan for the future.
  • Use Emotional Freedom Technique to clear the emotional burden that often affects us in the present moment and keeps us unable to move forward.
  • Reviewing what is working and not working in all aspect in life , body, mind, emotions, social and spiritual, make necessary adjustment for the overall wellbeing
