Sue Skelton worked as a registered nurse in oncology for 7 years and palliative care for 12 years, and is a qualified yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She earned 90 hrs CPD with Healing Space Yoga for people living with and beyond cancer, and also Real Yoga Yoga Therapy training which covered working with people with cancer.

Her practice includes breathwork, gentle movement, guided relaxation, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
