Mindfulness Practitioner Katie Sheen knows from hard-won experience how important it can be to examine your relationship to thought and feeling.

Mindfulness has now become well established as a key means to find some stability when facing a diagnosis and the ongoing experience of cancer. Katie Sheen had already discovered its benefits in helping her find peace amidst the regular difficulties of life, and had been practicing for a decade, when she received a very challenging cancer diagnosis. Mindfulness was a lifesaver to her over this period, and she is now passionate about introducing others in similar situations to the practice.
