John Clark used his writing skills to express himself throughout cancer treatment and then to share his discoveries with others.
Active and physically strong and fit, John Clark was ill-prepared for a diagnosis of cancer, a shock that was to illuminate the ways he had been neglecting his wellbeing and to send him on a steep learning curve regarding the drivers of good health. As a journalist and the author of over twenty books, it was natural for John to process the challenges of treatment through writing, and his personal journals were to become the kernel of his book Cancer Diaries, in which he aims to convey to others what the experience has taught him.
