Dr Kai Berner retrained in Integrative Medicine and has now developed a holistic oncology care service.
After an early medical career in women’s health and then precision oncology, Dr Kai Berner became increasingly aware that the medicine he was practising fell far short of delivering the care he would have wished and that his patients needed. This prompted him to retrain in Integrative Medicine at the National Centre for Integrative Medicine in Bristol and then to develop a novel service for oncology patients to work alongside conventional oncology to deliver truly holistic care.
