Heather Mason is a passionate advocate for yoga and mindfulness as a means to support people in facing life’s challenges.
As a young woman, Heather Mason found her way back from a place of desperation to a life of balance in which she has become a passionate advocate for the twin practices of yoga and mindfulness that afforded her so much support in finding her own way. In this interview, she clarifies the relationship between the two practices and the opportunities they offer to those with cancer when combined.
