Functional Nutritionist Pauline Cox returns to the show to discuss the inflammation that’s driving the current epidemic of chronic disease.
In her second interview for the Yes to Life Show, Functional Nutritionist Pauline Cox explores the many ways in which inflammation has taken over our 21st century lives, from stress to poor sleep patterns, from depleted or toxic diets to sedentary lifestyles, from social isolation to a lack of engagement with nature. There are so many ways in which life has become pro-inflammatory, and this is driving forward the tidal wave of chronic disease we are experiencing. To live long and healthy lives, it is vital that we identify the ways in which we are encouraging inflammation in our lives so we can reduce these, as well as adopting strategies to counteract the many unavoidable drivers of inflammation that we are now exposed to.
