Hayley will be offering four seasonally themed cooking workshops over the year.
During each 90 minute class, Hayley will demonstrate four recipes that are designed to balance and complement the energy of each season. You can choose to cook along with Hayley live or simple watch. There will also be time for theory, questions and interaction.
The focus of the workshops will be on supporting our immune system and nourishing the body during times of seasonal change.
In her classes Hayley also explores ways that cooking can become a therapeutic, mindfulness practice that we embody every day. She shares information around some of the energetic principles of food and cooking, and looks at the benefits of finding joy and pleasure in the sacred act of cooking ourselves a simple meal.
We value each member of our community and are committed to providing free wellbeing sessions to support your holistic health and well-being journey. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in registering for these sessions with the intention to attend.
It’s important to note that while our sessions are offered free of charge, they are not without an important cost to our charity. We invest in skilled facilitators, preparation time, and resources to ensure each session meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. When participants register but fail to attend, it not only impacts the facilitators who have dedicated their time and expertise but also the overall resources of the charity, so we spend money in resources that people registers but never attends.
By registering for sessions with the intention to attend, you not only demonstrate your commitment to your own well-being but also help us optimise our resources to serve the community effectively. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, and if you’re unable to attend a session you’ve registered for, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we can make necessary adjustments.
Together, let’s ensure that our wellbeing sessions continue to be a valuable and free accessible resource for all members of our community.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Warm regards, The Yes to Life Team.
