Liz runs Heart Source. Based on her training as a mind-body practitioner and nutritional therapist, she uses a mixture of Energy Psychology (Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Re-imprinting), breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle support to encourage emotional, spiritual and physical healing.
Liz has a special interest in the energetic heart (the heart is the most powerful electromagnetic organ in the body) and its role in connecting us to our intuition. During consultations she supports people in using their heart energy to access inner wisdom which, in turn, supports healing.
Consultations usually take place online (Skype or Zoom), however face-to-face consultations taking place in Devon can be arranged.
