Kirsten Chick has been practising nutritional therapy for over a decade, having been inspired to train after recovering from cancer. Her experience, training and research has led to an approach to wellbeing that focuses on nourishment at every level, while paying attention to the body’s detoxification and elimination pathways.
Kirsten has a varied practice, and tailours recommendations to each person according to their individual aims and needs. She is a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP) and the British Society for Integrative Oncology (BSIO), and offers private consultations in person (often at the Vision of Hope Clinic in Brighton) and also via phone and video calls.
Kirsten is also an accomplished lecturer and workshop facilitator. She has spoken at Yes to Life events as well as at a number of clinics and community groups, and regularly works on retreats both for general wellbeing and with people recovering from cancer.
